INNER WORLDS remixes FLATBUSH ZOMBIES

Half way through my first listen of Thug Waffle by Flatbush Zombies I knew I had to do this remix.  Acid rap + signature IW blissed out vibes - huge pads, hazy leads & lots of BASS

February Mixtapes

Here are two February mixes for your listening pleasure. The first is by Electric Youth, and if you know anything about the Valerie Heads you know they never drop the ball on a mix, and E Youth might make the best tapes of them all. Their first February Story mix was my favorite thing to listen to back in 2010, and today they give us Part II:

The second is by DEF SEC Family members Follow Me. For those of you trying to prepare for the 2012 Cosmic Ascension, bumping these vibes is the next step you should take:

More New Goldroom

Been waiting to have a copy of this since the Magician debuted it about a month ago, New Goldroom Remix of Lancelot's 'We Can Dance'

Lil B & Pictureplane. Wait, what?

Sole and the Skyrider Band brings together Pictureplane and Lil B for some year 3012 shit on Bad Captain Swag - I don't know how I missed this one. Pictureplane provides his signature lo fi futuristic warped 90s house chords, the Based God and Sole lay down verses. Video is essential.

EDWIN VAN CLEEF

Edwin has been one of the most serious heads on the European electro scene for a few years now. His style has evolved quite a bit since the days of his 'Overtaken' EP, and he is in my opinion one of the few producers who has successfully transformed his sound to keep his vibes cutting edge while remaining true to his original sound. Here is the remix he dropped yesterday of The Penelopes track 'Sally in the Galaxy' .:. .:. .:.

Emeron & Fox remix Echo & The Bunnymen

Emeron & Fox turned an Echo & The Bunnymen classic into an electro banger.  Crunchy leads and some seriously tasty analog synth funk from the DEF SEC family

NEW KAVINSKY

He's back... standard Kavinsky electro greatness.  Throw on the wayfarers and go for a drive .:.:.:.

New Goldroom

I don't even need to say any introductory words about head of the Binary crew Josh Legg's project Goldroom anymore. Everyone knows. Dude just dropped this new remix via Kitsune records less than an hour ago, enjoy:

Since you already know about homeboy, though, let me introduce you to some new friends today as well.

SNEAKY SOUND SYSTEM

Well, I've heard some of my favorite artists such as Oliver and Lifelike do remixes of Sneaky Sound System, but I'm ashamed to admit I've never really given the band themselves the attention I now know they so clearly deserve. Actually these heads are straight blowing me away right now as I have their perfect vibes echoing through the spaceship whilst I compose this write-up. Everything that was good about the 80's and 90's with a really unique and modern twist. These heads seriously have it going on, gonna be HUGE by the end of 2012. So confused as to how some of their tracks still have less than 1,000 plays! Get with it Planet Earth. Mad respect to the Sneaky Sound System, incredible work .:. .:. .:.
